How does our BuyBack Promise work?
First, fill out the form below to let us know about the condition of your Fidget Seat.
Our team will respond within 2-3 business days with further instructions about moving forward, how to send your Fidget Seat to us, and a payment estimate.
Once we receive your Fidget Seat, our team will confirm that the condition outlined in your submission is accurate and confirm the payment you will receive. You will then have the option to receive a direct payment or store credit.
Choosing store credit will give you an additional 10%, which can be used to upgrade your child's seat to our "grown-up Fidget Seat", the Soul Seat!
BuyBack Payment Estimates:
50% of original purchase price: Like New (no scratches or blemishes)
40% of original purchase price: Gently Used (light scratches and/or blemishes)
30% of original purchase price: Well-Loved (several scratches and/or blemishes)
